1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Please note that we do not process orders or ship on national holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard shipping across India via trusted delivery partners.

  • Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will provide a tracking number to help you monitor your delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, the weight of the items, and the shipping method chosen.

  • We offer free shipping on some orders. The free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout.

  • For orders standard shipping charges will apply based on your location.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Metro cities: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days.

    • Tier 2 & 3 cities: Typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

    • Rural or remote areas may take longer due to distance and availability of courier services.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

  • You can track your order on the courier partner's website or app.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within India and do not offer international shipping.

  • Some remote or rural areas may have limited shipping services or delayed delivery times.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. If there is an issue with the address (e.g., incorrect or incomplete), your order may be delayed or returned, and you may be responsible for the reshipping charges.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be required to pay for reshipping costs to have the order delivered again.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong address provided by us), we will cover the cost of re-shipping the package.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • While we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@bazzarioh.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • We will review the issue and assist you with either a replacement or an exchange if the product is found to be defective.

9. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and size. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
