3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways.

  • Bazzarioh reserves the right to cancel any order. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds​​

      At Bazzarioh, we take pride in the quality and care of our artificial jewelry. To maintain hygiene standards and ensure customer satisfaction, we have        a strict policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, all sales are final.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do allow exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange is applicable only for the same product in a different color or design (subject to availability).

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at support@bazzarioh.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Provide false information or payment details.

  • Upload or share offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
