b. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on products, but only under the following conditions:

You must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or a different product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

d. Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For exchanges that are due to personal preferences (e.g., choosing a different color or size), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
e. Condition of Items for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
